- Are all your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are vegan!
Any products in which contain glycerin are all vegetable derived. Along with our other ingredients which are all cruelty-free and vegetable derived. Check out the list of ingredients for each product under "product description."
We do use oils derived from nuts in certain products such as Sweet Almond Oil & Hazelnut Oil. Please review our ingredients descriptions listed under each product!
- How long will it take to receive my order?
All products are made to order! Please allow up to 7-10 days for your order to be processed. After being processed, an additional 4-6 days for shipping and receiving your order. Delivery times and lengths may vary due to production or where items are being shipped to.

- When checking out, it says "Pay with PayPal," but I don't want to Pay with PayPal. What can I do?
When checking out, click Pay with PayPal and it will redirect you to a new page where it gives you the option of paying via PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.
- How are the shipping costs calculated?
Flat rate shipping is applied to all orders!

- Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

- How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number attached.
- What is this store's return or exchange policy?
If you would like to return an items(s), you must notify us via email at: email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the item(s). All returns must be unopened and not damaged. Recipient must pay for shipping costs (unless damaged) and will received a refund upon us receiving the item(s).
If you would like to exchange a item(s), **For example: You purchased a Blue Crystal Cluster scented in Fruity Fusion but you wanted the Purple Crystal Cluster scented in Mango Papaya**, all exchanges follow the same policy as returns, stated above.
Any Sale items can NOT be returned or exchanged.
- What if my product is damaged or broken upon receiving it?
If any of your item(s) are damaged/broken upon receiving, contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org, within 1-2 days of receiving your item(s). We will send you a new item(s), free of shipping charges.
- Will any of the bath bombs stain or leave residue on my bath tub?
Most bath bombs will not leave any stains or residue BUT some of our bombs are heavily infused with mica/glitter and are packed with colorant. That being said, some bombs may leave your tub with stains, residue, and may even be slippery due to the infused oils. Don't be scared, this can easily be fixed with just a little soap and water!
CAUTION: We do advise all customers to be careful when getting out of the bath after using any bath bomb. Due to infusing each bath bomb with different moisturizing oils, it may leave a greasy/slippery residue on your tub. This can easily be cleaned/washed off but we want all our witches to be relaxed, cleansed, and safe!
- My bath bombs/soap started to change colors, is this normal?
All our bath bombs are made with skin-safe ingredients and vegetable glycerin colorants. Unfortunately, these colorants can change over time if a bath bomb is sitting on the shelf for awhile.
Soap can change colors as well due to use of natural colorants/ingredients or due to Vanilla in the soap. We do use a Vanilla Stabilizer to try to help this issue in our products.
